No,  for products that fall under sound engineering practices (SEP) for the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), we supply a certificate of conformance.

(from Article 3 of the PED:
Pressure equipment and/or assemblies below or equal to the limits in sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 2, respectively must be designed and manufactred in accordance with the sound engineering practice of a Member State in order to ensure safe use.  [For the full text of Article 3 and the rest of the PED click here.] )

For products that are CE marked, we supply a declaration of conformity.
