Do you recommend a specific diaphragm Material of Construction (MOC) and can you provide an overall list of pharmaceutical grade MOCs that are available?

We do not recommend Diaphragm Materials of Construction (MOC) for specific process.  Each process is unique and direct experience and testing is the best solution to determining the proper diaphragm material.

The materials we offer are:

Silicone

EPDM

Silicone Plus - silicone with a parylene surface doubles the life of the silicone base material

EPDM Plus - silicone with a parylene surface doubles the life of the EPDM base material Viton A - steam grade Viton GF (0.5", 2", 3" other sizes being developed) Viton ETP (under development)

Here are some resources for looking at material compatibility for elastomers:

(This is a very good guide and easy to navigate)

(This is also very good, it does require registering to use, but I recommend it highly.)
