Can you use a satellite valve coupled to a tank bottom valve to take samples from the tank without opening the tank bottom valve?
No, the satellite valve can not be used to take samples with the primary tank valve closed.
The satellite valve is generally used to SIP or CIP the I.D. of the primary tank valve when the primary tank valve is closed.
