Is a CIP/SIP port needed on an ASEPCO valve for it to be CIP/SIPable?

No, CIP/SIP ports are not needed for our valves to be cleaned-in-place or steamed-in-place. All unported ASEPCO valves have been proven (through validation and use) to be CIP/SIP.

Ports are added to ASEPCO valves to allow the valve to be CIP'd/SIP'd while it is CLOSED.
