We believe that Teflon has sealing issues due to "cold flow" in the material that makes it a poor sealing material.

We do offer diaphragms (EPDM Plus, Silicone Plus) that have a surface treatment that gives some of the positive properties of Teflon with the sealing properties of a rubber, attached is a PDF on Parylene
